Customer Service Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for overall performance
management of the department's freight forwarding business, establishing a
safe, stable, and smooth management and operation system;
2. Pay attention to the development trends
of logistics and freight forwarding markets, regularly contact customers, and
effectively maintain customer relationships;
3. Responsible for formulating long-term
strategies and annual business plans, leading the team to achieve various
business and management indicators, and executing the route KPIs issued by the
company;
4. Responsible for daily work management of
employees, organizing training and performance evaluation, actively building
teams and cultivating key personnel;
5. Responsible for promoting the market of
freight services according to the company's freight services and market
strategies, familiar with international freight forwarding and import and
export operation processes.
Job requirements:
1. Educational background and experience
requirements: College degree or above, major in international trade, logistics,
supply chain and other related fields. More than 2 years of experience in
freight forwarding industry management, with industry resources preferred;
2. Language and communication skills:
English proficiency level of CET-4 or above, proficient in communicating with
clients. Have good English reading and writing skills, able to read and reply
to English emails;
3. Professional skills and comprehensive
qualities: Familiar with international freight forwarding and import/export
operation processes, with strong language and written expression skills,
negotiation skills, organizational and coordination skills, leadership skills,
and team collaboration spirit. Have good business skills, marketing experience,
and customer service awareness.
Salary and Welfare:
Salary: Basic salary of 8K or above
(promotion allowance of RMB 1000/2000)+personal performance commission+monthly

Customer Service
Job Responsibilities:
1. Timely handle customer order quotations,
inquiries, needs, or issues;
2. Based on the customer's order
requirements, make arrangements in advance and provide export service
solutions;
3. Responsible for handling and following
up on basic information related to customers in logistics, promptly following
up with the operations department on orders, and providing feedback to
customers on the results. Coordinate and resolve any issues that arise during
this process in a timely manner;
4. Timely follow up with the SO audit in
the import and export process, review export documents, send supplementary
materials and expense invoices to customers in a timely manner, and assist in
debt collection matters;
5. Maintain customers and collaborate with
pre-sales managers to explore deeper customer needs Enhance customer experience
and ensure long-term good cooperation between customers and the group;
6. Responsible for order quality
management, assisting in the development of pre-sales customer service
standards and assessment criteria, and following up on management;
7. Responsible for user experience
management, collecting service improvement opinions and suggestions, tracking
implementation status, and improving user experience;
8. Responsible for extracting basic data
and writing analysis reports, providing timely, accurate, and valuable
decision-making basis.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in import
and export trade, logistics or related fields;
2. More than 3 years of work experience in
water/land/air operation and documentation is preferred;
3. Attentive and responsible in work, with
strong service awareness and team spirit, able to withstand certain work
pressure;
4. Good at communicating with people,
strong coordination and communication skills.

1.Basic salary+performance 4k-7k,
with commission and year-end bonus;
